GUIDELINES AND CANCELLATION
To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

No smoking is allowed inside the lodge. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.

Guests are responsible for light cleanup. Before departure, please wash any used towels and place used bed linens inside a pillowcase, then leave them by the main door.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. A $10 per person, per night fee applies for each additional guest over 12. Children 5 and under stay free.

No pets are permitted on the property.

Hunting is not allowed on or around the lodge grounds, under any circumstance.

The use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs, alcohol, or prescription medications without a valid prescription is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal and may be subject to legal action.
Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights.

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights.

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.
